Best first meetings happen over proper coffee. Come by our Sternschanze studio — home to what might be the best coffee bar in Hamburg and definitely our favorite daily ritual. We dial in beans like a lab experiment, obsess over grind size, pressure, and extraction, and serve espresso that could start conversations on its own.
