move37 rethinks the way internal applications for administrative tasks are thought and designed. Moving away from frame-worked and complicated PC interfaces, move37 enables a truly intuitive and flexible way of providing detailed and collaborative customer support. move37 supports employees through clear and easy user interactions, multi-device support thanks to its web based architecture, AI powered letter recognition, and a unique, timeline-based approach on user data. Combined with its ergonomically dark UI and modern design, it raises the bar for administration interfaces.
A digital tickets system
We believe in a digital future, in changing the way we work, in a new way forward. Redesigning our internal ticket system for our customers’ pension plans, is the first step towards a future where our work is truly enabled by the tools we use. Our goal is to push the boundaries of collaboration though real human interaction. This means not replacing people with technology, but using it to allow them to thrive. With move37 it is our mission to move one step closer to connecting people to each other in an increasingly digital future. We are enabling fully digital workflows where we never thought it would be possible.
About the Design
Form
The look of move37 roots decadias corporate identity: dark backgrounds, combined with reliable blues and prosperous gold. The UI feels as important as the respect we have for customers’ pension plans. A possibility to interact is signaled by our positive, fresh green accents. The interface itself is a completely new way of thinking about boring back-office software. The progressive web app (PWA) and its ergonomic interface are designed to promote cross-device collaboration anywhere, anytime. AI assisted administration assist employees with voice and image recognition allowing them to refocus their time to the human elements of their job.
Function
The days of learning how to use an interface are over. The modular interface learns how you like to work and makes intelligent suggestions based on users’ workflows. The collaborative inbox allows for shared responsibility with transparent accountability towards the rest of the team. Agile workflows allow for highly efficient and structured teamwork while promoting creative solutions and efficient collaboration. The magic letter system allows seamless integration of paperwork into the digital workflow. AI assisted scanning means effortless transfer of information from offline sources into one centralised data system.
Differentiation
How does move37 do things differently? The platform is entered around people. The LifeLine, for example, provides a look into every action taken in the past and coming up in the future. From scanned documents to scheduled phone calls about the customers’ pension plans, every action can be expanded for further details to provide employees with information easily when it is needed. This results in transparency for the user as well as the customer. We are in the business of securing futures and people place their trust in us. Why? Impact
